A warm, welcoming space to find community with others who truly get it — because they’re living it too.
A 6-session coaching group for ND adults navigating life with chronic illness. Led by a licensed occupational therapist, this is a space built for connection.
This group is designed for neurodivergent adults who are also navigating life with one or more chronic illnesses. You’re welcome here.
Each session begins with a group check-in. From there, the facilitator offers prompts and questions to help guide the conversation — so whether you have something specific to bring to the group or you’re not sure where to start, there’s always an entry point.
While this isn’t a therapy group and no medical advice is given, members are welcome to share their experiences with treatments, strategies, and what’s been working for them. The understanding is that anything you want to try, you’ll run by your own providers first.
You’re welcome to keep your camera and/or mic off, and participate through chat if that works better for you. Stimming and self-care during group are not just allowed — they’re encouraged.
The facilitator does a brief consultation with each prospective member beforehand to make sure the group feels like a good fit for everyone.
Since this is a coaching group (not therapy), it’s open to participants in any U.S. state. Sessions run on Zoom every Tuesday at 4:30 PM EST.
Sessions are $30 each, billed weekly. The group runs for 6 sessions total. Spots are intentionally limited to 6 participants to keep the space intimate and connected.
