How Inner Reach Therapeutics collects, uses, and protects your information.
Last updated: July 15, 2026
Inner Reach Therapeutics ("we," "us," "our") provides telehealth occupational therapy and coaching services. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how it is used, in accordance with applicable privacy laws and, where relevant, HIPAA (the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act).
When you use our contact form or reach out by email, we collect only what's needed to get in touch with you — typically your name, email address, phone number, and any message you choose to include. This information is used solely to contact you and schedule a consultation.
Please note that our contact form and email are not secure or encrypted methods of communication. We ask that you not include health information, other identifying details beyond what's needed to reach you, or information about an emergency in a form submission or email. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please call 911, go to your nearest emergency room, or contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988) rather than reaching out through this website. If you become a client, any clinical intake, treatment, and billing information is collected separately through HIPAA-protected forms and a HIPAA-compliant platform, not through this website.
Website contact information is not used to provide clinical documentation, prepare superbills, or deliver care. Those functions rely entirely on information you provide through separate HIPAA-protected intake forms once you become a client. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or marketing purposes without your consent.
This website is not designed or intended to collect, store, or transmit protected health information (PHI), and we ask visitors not to share health details through the contact form or email (see "Information We Collect" above). Once you become an OT client, your clinical and billing information — including anything used to prepare superbills — is collected and stored through separate HIPAA-protected intake forms and a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. Coaching clients are not receiving a healthcare service, and coaching records are not treated as PHI, but are still kept confidential.
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect the contact information you share through this website. That said, our contact form and email are not encrypted or HIPAA-secure — please avoid sending sensitive or identifying details through them (see "Information We Collect" above). Clinical and billing information is handled separately through HIPAA-protected forms and platforms with security measures appropriate to PHI. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
This website may link to third-party services (such as social media platforms or a digital business card). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third-party sites. This site is hosted on Netlify, which may collect standard technical data such as IP addresses for security and performance purposes.
This website does not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. Standard hosting-related technical data may be collected automatically by our hosting provider.
You may request to review, update, or request deletion of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us directly. OT clients also retain rights under HIPAA regarding their health records.
Our services are intended for adults ages 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from minors through this website.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
If you have questions about this privacy policy or how your information is handled, please reach out at Melissa@innerreachtherapeutics.com.
