Who I Work With Services Rates Coaching Telehealth Get Started
✦ Neuro-Affirming Occupational Therapy & Coaching

Affirming OT for every kind of brain.

Inner Reach Therapeutics offers occupational therapy that starts with who you are — not who the system thinks you should be. All OT services are delivered via telehealth to clients in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Vermont, and Maine. Coaching is available to anyone across the US — no matter where you are located.

If your brain works differently — you belong here

I work with anyone whose neurological or psychological functioning differs from the norm. That includes — but is never limited to:

🧩
Autism & ADHD

Including late-diagnosed and self-identified adults, AuDHD presentations, and masking-related exhaustion.

🌊
Sensory Processing Differences

Hypersensitivity, hyposensitivity, sensory seeking, and nervous systems that respond to the world intensely.

🧠
Mental Health Conditions

Depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, OCD, and other conditions that shape how you experience daily life.

Acquired Conditions

Traumatic brain injury, PTSD, cPTSD, chronic illness, and other conditions that have changed how your brain and body work.

Still Figuring It Out

You don't need a diagnosis to work with me. If daily life feels harder than it should, that's enough to start.

Services built around your life

Initial Evaluation
Occupational Profile & Evaluation

One-time · 55 minutes

A comprehensive evaluation of your occupational profile, sensory processing, daily functioning, and goals. Includes a written summary and recommendations.

Insurance & Superbills: Inner Reach Therapeutics is a private pay practice. A superbill is provided after each session, which you can submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Many clients receive partial or full reimbursement depending on their plan. Contact your insurance provider to ask about your out-of-network OT benefits before your first session.

Support beyond state lines

Coaching is available to clients anywhere in the US — no matter where you're located.

🌍
Individual Coaching

For clients located outside of Connecticut, Massachusetts, Vermont, and Maine — or anyone who prefers a coaching model — I offer one-on-one neurodiversity coaching via telehealth. Coaching focuses on practical strategies, goal-setting, self-advocacy, and building a life that works for your brain.

Important distinction: Coaching is not occupational therapy. OT assessments, clinical recommendations, and medical documentation are not provided within a coaching relationship. If you are located in a state where I am licensed, OT services may be more appropriate — we can discuss what fits best during your free consult.
👥
Coaching Groups

I offer small-group coaching experiences for neurodivergent adults — a space to learn, connect, and build skills alongside others who get it. Groups are offered on a rolling basis as they become available.

Topics vary by group and may include executive function, unmasking, sensory regulation, self-advocacy, and more.

Pricing & availability: Group pricing varies and will be posted on flyers and announcements as each group becomes available. Follow along or reach out to be added to the waitlist.

Telehealth OT — from your own environment

All sessions are delivered via secure telehealth video. That means you can access high-quality, affirming OT from wherever you're most comfortable — your home, your office, wherever works for you.

💻
Any device, any location
Sessions run on a secure HIPAA-compliant video platform. All you need is a device and a private space.
🏠
Real-world context
Being in your own environment means we can address real daily living challenges in context — not in a clinical setting separate from your actual life.
🛡️
Lower sensory burden
No waiting rooms, no fluorescent lights, no unfamiliar environments. Telehealth removes sensory barriers that can make in-person care exhausting.
